Tried to load app as part of international calling plan. Received an error message when attempting to install the certificate to contact customer support.
After spending 50 minutes on the phone with three different representatives including one senior technical advisor and his supervisor, was told "Sorry, it looks like we wont be able to resolve the problem. But dont worry, there really arent that many hotspots around the world anyway."
Next time start with that answer and save me an hour of my time. A total waste and if the answer is true, a fraudulent service offering.
