Waste of money

Waste of money. Could not connect to hotspots in Tokyo. Kept getting prompted for password that AT&T tech support was clueless about. Came back totally disgusted with AT&T.
Paid for the passport plan and downloaded the profile, but the ability to join the wifi hotspots and get a connection just wasnt there. It was also not reassuring that none of the AT&T support staff appeared familiar with their own plan and how it supposed to work. Seems like the marketing staff came up with it and didnt bother to see if customers would actually get a real service.
