Worthless

I cant begin to express how terrible this app is. It simply doesnt work, not as advertised or any other way. In point of fact, it almost seems as if it exists to lead one to believe they will be online via one of the hundreds of hot spots that scream at you from the screen (Dublin was my location) all the whole youre eating up data, never connected to a single hot spot.

Ive been with ATT since my first cell phone a hundred years ago. This app and the experience with customer service to address the issues was so terrible I contemplated leaving ATT. I still may. I say that, not as some useless threat to a multi national company but, rather, to illustrate the level of annoyance this useless app caused for the first 3 days of my vacation. I solved the problem by no longer relying on it to operate in any hot spot.

Once I accepted its uselessness, my annoyance ended. Save time, dont even bother to download it.

International access I will have to address through moving from att or exploring local non-contract cell options in my destination.
