Had never worked

Ive used Passport twice for travel - Australia and then Vietnam and Cambodia. His package provided no value. I could make calls from Australia at a reduced rate but not buying the package would have been cheaper. I couldnt make any call from the other countries nor could I get texts to send out (I could receive). There were no hot spots, either.
I dont plan to bother to purchase it unless I maybe deal with Canada or some parts of Europe as its just ineffective.
